Building a rent-to-rent business in Birmingham with six properties and a goal to leave corporate life

Watch the video below to find out how.

Sonya works in sales and was used to making money for somebody else. But with three young children at home, she wanted to build something that gave her more control, more income, and more time with her family. After looking into different ways to build wealth, property stood out. Rent-to-rent felt like the most accessible route because it did not require them to buy a property first or have large amounts of capital upfront. Sonya and her husband Jamie joined SSO, followed the process, and started building their rent-to-rent business in Birmingham. They now have six properties and are continuing to grow, with the goal of building enough income to leave corporate life and make different choices for their family.
