Charmaine and Stuart did not want retirement to mean cutting back, slowing down, or giving up the life they had worked for. They wanted to travel, enjoy their time, and build enough income to support the future they had planned. After looking at different options, rent-to-rent stood out because it gave them a way to create strong monthly cashflow without needing to buy properties first. They joined SSO at the end of June 2025. By the end of September, they had secured their first deal. Their second deal followed quickly after, and they are now negotiating deal three. Their two properties now bring in around £7,000 to £8,000 a month in incoming cashflow.
