Watch the video below to find out how.

Burr is a dentist in Manchester who loves his job and has no plans to leave it. But things at home made him realise he needed income that didn't depend on him being there in person. He started with a serviced accommodation unit using a deal sourcer and a management company, but the management fell below standard, so he took over himself and joined Simon. At first he wondered whether rent to rent was legit and why a landlord would agree. Once his first unit was running, he had his proof. Following the course step by step, he optimised that unit and it started making a healthy profit every month. Three months after joining he had gone from one property to four, ahead of his own target, all while still working and teaching as a dentist with his wife Mary's support. Now landlords and investors are coming to him. His advice: "If the why is strong enough, you just can't run out of fuel."
